For parks using Nedap MOOV

MOOV is stopping.
Your barrier isn't.

Nedap has announced it is phasing out MOOV. GateCloud is the Dutch successor: your guests keep driving in on license plate recognition — usually on the hardware that's already in place.

Why think about your successor now

Waiting is possible, but parks that decide early migrate calmly outside the season — instead of rushed once the deadline nears.

Phase-out announced

Nedap is discontinuing the MOOV platform. Ask us for the current timelines for your situation.

Your cameras stay available

ANPR hardware remains available through distribution — one more reason not to throw away your investment.

Sep–Oct = decision season

Parks that want to be live before the new season plan the migration in autumn. That moment is closer than it looks.

What stays in place — and what you gain

Migrating isn't a demolition job. We build further on what's already there.

Your hardware

Your barrier and license plate camera usually don't need to be replaced. We check for free what's reusable — just tell us what you have.

+ Free compatibility check

Your guest experience

Booking → license plate known → barrier opens. Exactly what your guests are used to, without passes or a queue at reception.

+ Keeps working even if the internet drops

Your peace of mind — that's new

This is new: GateCloud monitors your barrier. You'll see faults on your dashboard before a guest is stuck in front of a closed barrier.

+ Real-time alerts on every fault

Migrating in four steps

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to replace my barrier or cameras?

Usually not. GateCloud is built to run on existing hardware. During the free migration check we see exactly what is reusable — and we are upfront if something is not.

Does it work with my booking system?

Integrations with the common booking systems in the leisure sector are on the way. Tell us which system you run and we will factor it into your migration plan.

By when do I need to switch at the latest?

Nedap communicates the phase-out timelines. Our advice: plan the switch well ahead of your new season, so you migrate at a quiet moment instead of under pressure.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Nothing — and that's exactly the point. The edge unit on your site makes the decisions locally. Guests simply drive in, and everything syncs automatically once the connection is back.
